Italian Mid-Century Modern dining suite designed by Paolo Barracchia for Roman Deco, circa 1978. The nine-piece set includes a smoked-glass-top dining table and eight matching dining chairs constructed with solid brass frames, lacquered Macassar ebony and black and dark-purple suede upholstery. The combination of smoked glass, richly figured wood, brass and suede gives the suite a dramatic late-1970s Italian presence.
